About the program
The Women in Sport Network is a first-of-its-kind initiative across Port Phillip and Albert Park. It brings together women in coaching, officiating, management, and administration roles to strengthen their leadership, build networks, and create lasting change in local sport. This program is designed to deliver practical inspiration – tools you can apply immediately, backed by 30+ years of experience in sport and leadership.

Meet the Facilitator – Carol Fox
Carol Fox is a sport leader who communicates leadership from the inside out.
Former President of Women Sport Australia, nationally recognised for advancing women in leadership roles.
Partners with the Australian Sports Commission, AIS, AFL National Programs, Swimming Australia, Softball Australia as well as State Sports organisations.
Over 30 years’ experience helping coaches, officials, and administrators develop confident communication and presence in high-performance and grassroots sport.

Please note: Nominees are required to be involved with a sports club within the City of Port Phillip or Albert Park.
