Submissions for the Design and Development Awards will open 10 am Monday 26 January 2026. Before the submissions open you can begin preparing your submission.
To make a submission you'll need to provide the following:
The applicant's contact details
Name
Address
Contact information
Organisation profile
Project name
Client name
Address
Date of completion
Project partners details (name, contact, address, profile)
You can enter your project in multiple categories however you must complete a separate submission for each category.
Nominate your category
Small scale
Residential new build - one to two dwellings
Residential alteration or addition - one to two dwellings
Residential - three or more dwellings
Mixed use
Non-residential
A brief description/overview of the project for publication
It is not necessary to address all key selection criteria but you will be required to complete at least one for your submission. Please focus on what is relevant to you and your category.
How does your submission/this project respond to:
Urban Design
Sustainability
Heritage
Cultural and community benefit
You will be able to attach these to the submission or provide a dropbox link if file sizes are too big.
