I understand the City of Port Phillip’s Collections Management Officer will assess the proposed items based on the council's collection policy and may contact you for further information. If recommended, the item will be put forward to the relevant committee for assessment.  *

I undestand proposals could take up to 8 weeks to be confirmed or declined. *

I understand and agree that items accepted will become the sole property of the City of Port Phillip and will be managed and used at the council's discretion for exhibition, research, or educational purposes.  *
